Lyndon Neri, Founder and Principal, Neri & Hu Design and Research Office
Responsible for some the most talked about hospitality design worldwide, Lyndon Neri’s keynote presentation explores contemporary paradigms in architecture and design and how they have the ability to revitalize economies and cultures.
The multi-disciplinary studio that he co-founded with his wife has won international recognition for their work in their home city, Shanghai, and abroad. Projects such as the statement of urban renewal that is the Waterhouse on the Bund, the East Hotel and Opposite House for Swire Hotels in Beijing set out the stall for Neri&Hu. But they only tell part of the story of an architectural studio that has expanded to produce their own line of furniture, as used at the Pollen Street Social in London, and that stretches to providing graphic identity, tableware, even staff uniforms at, for example, the Feast Yan restaurant in Shenzhen.
Disarmingly charming, eloquent and amusing, join in the post-presentation Q&A session with Lyndon.
