The meetings programme provides you with a set of pre-scheduled private buyer-supplier meetings organised by our innovative computer appointments system. In advance of the event we create a personalised itinerary for you based on your own unique requirements.
Buyer and Supplier come to the table prepared for a relevant, concise and focused time and as there is no duty to purchase a more effective, appropriate communication to the best advantage of both parties is achieved.
Nothing beats a one on one meeting. I was surprised to meet companies that we had not even heard of before and because you are there to meet people, you are a lot more focused than when you are back in your office with another 100 things in your mind. The 20-minute meetings beat the hours back in the office.

The meetings provide quality time with key decision makers who most of the time are too busy to attend a product presentation. Here, they are relaxed and open to new options, materials and suppliers. A great opportunity to talk about upcoming projects in the region and discuss possibilities to work together.

Four sessions of meetings are conducted over the
two business days of the
event. Each meeting lasts 20 minutes with a five-minute break in-between.
As a buyer delegate you are allocated your own table/meeting point. As a supplier delegate you visit the appropriate table/delegate according to your meetings schedule.
Two to three weeks prior to the event, you will have access to the delegate area of the HI DESIGN ASIA website, which will contain profiles and images of all attending suppliers and buyer delegates.
You are asked to select and prioritise the companies you wish to meet. During this process we can assist you in selecting those companies most relevant for your business. Your own personalised meeting schedule, consisting of a mixture of your own selections and meetings requested by other delegates, is then created and returned to you one week before the event for your approval.
Any further adjustments you feel necessary can be made by us before the final schedules are issued. Otherwise you may contact those delegates on your schedule to help make any appropriate preparations in advance of your meeting.
These pre-arranged meetings are strictly Buyer to Supplier. However there is ample opportunity to meet Buyer to Buyer or Supplier to Supplier throughout the rest of your time at HI DESIGN ASIA.
