HI Design Asia delivers a hand-picked selection of the most active and interesting 'buyers' in the AP region. Amongst those attending for the first time this year, Ritz Carlton, Apeejay Surrendra and Graft reflect the diverse buyer group this special event attracts. From Hong Kong, India and China respectively, these 3 groups will be represented by senior frontline decision makers:

Ritz Carlton Hotel Company LLC now have over 70 properties in major cities and exclusive resort destinations of 23 countries world wide. The Ritz Carlton brand is managed by Ritz Carlton Hotel Company LLC, a subsidiary of Marriott International. Wilson is pictured at the top.

Appejay Surrendra Park – Deepak Bali, Vice President (India)
The Park Hotels, located in Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam, are a collection of premium boutique hotels in India managed by Apeejay Surrendra Hotels. The hotels have achieved global standards of product quality and service excellence over 40 years of industry experience. A destination of choice for corporate and leisure travelers from India and abroad, these hotels, due to their downtown location, give easy access to key commercial & entertainment districts. A 280 room property in Hyderabad was opened mid 2009 and luxury cruise Apsara was also launched in Kerala in 2009. They are extending operations in the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, Kolkata and Pune and Jaipur. Deepak is in the bottom picture.

GRAFT – Gregor Hoheisel – CEO Beijing
Gregor represents the Beijing arm of the Berlin company. GRAFT's philosophical approach to its designs has earned them a suitably radical reputation and we are delighted to have them on board for the first time. Major current projects include a hotel and restaurant complex in Beijing, including a boutique art hotel, restaurant and a nightclub. A new hotel concept is in the pipeline and they are targeting more hospitality projects in the region.
