HI DESIGN ASIA Highlights 2009

The very first HI DESIGN ASIA took place on 11-13 November 2009 at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang with overwhelming success. Months before registration closed more buyer places had to be sought to deal with the demand to attend from interior design/architecture practices and hotel directors.

Over 947 meetings were held over the 2 main business days of the event. However this figure excludes the hundreds of other ‘unofficial’ meetings and conversations held between delegates during the rest of the event including the supplier showcase and various networking functions.
