Mr. Amose heads Construction - Design & Technical Services for Accor Asia Pacific.
In this capacity Kingsley leads a team responsible for design management services for Management projects, construction of Investment projects, and technical feasibility for investment projects and Asset maintenance services for hotels under operations focusing on energy, risk, maintenance and Capex.
At any given time Kingsley has visibility of over 250 construction projects throughout the region.
In 2007 he accepted this new capacity which at the same time engaged him in the Brand Standards Management for Asia Pacific, a process designed to link the Global Branding team with the region thus enabling Brand validation of all new developments. Prior to this role Kingsley held the role of General Manager for Construction & Technical Services for Accor in the Pacific for the period 2004 to 2007. He joined Accor in 1994 in Middle East, later South Vietnam followed by a Technical director position in Asia for 8 years.
